On Site Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) Testing

The APV TESTEX™ process enables the complete testing of the PHE on site and is normally carried out in less than 4 hours. This significantly reduces plant downtime and can be applied as an integral part of of a regular preventative maintenance programme.

TESTEX™ was the first patented conductivity method to be applied to PHE's. Studies have shown it to be superior to other products and technologies in terms of accuracy and repeatability. APV TESTEX™ is a recognised method found in the 3A standard T-603-07

We also offer PHE service from small repairs to full refurbishments. Downtime is kept to a minimum and service exchange is possible in most instances.
